Traducción de Documentos Panamá provides official English ↔ Spanish document translation. Translations are signed and sealed by Authorized Public Translators recognized by Panama's Ministry of Education (MEDUCA). By requesting a quote or ordering the service you accept these terms.

We quote per page according to document type: general documents $15 per page (standard 48–72 h) or $20 rush; legal, medical or specialized $18 or $25. Prices do not include ITBMS (7% sales tax). The calculator price is an estimate: the final price is confirmed once we review your document. Over 50 pages: volume pricing. Apostille help is quoted separately.

Standard delivery is 48 to 72 hours and rush delivery is 24 hours, counted from when we receive the complete, legible document and the payment. Very long, illegible or complex documents may need a different turnaround, which we will state in the quote.

Payment is made before the translation starts, through the methods we indicate when confirming the quote.

We deliver the translation signed and sealed by an Authorized Public Translator recognized by MEDUCA. Please check names, dates and numbers when you receive it; if you find a translation error on our part, we correct it free of charge.

We produce the official translation in line with Panamanian rules, but final acceptance of the document is decided by the institution receiving it (Immigration, universities, banks, foreign authorities, etc.), which may require additional items such as an apostille, a recent issue date or authentications. We recommend confirming those requirements with the institution before ordering the translation.

We do not issue apostilles. The apostille is granted by the competent authority of the country that issued the document. We can guide you through the steps.

You are responsible for ensuring the documents you send are authentic, complete and legible, and that you are entitled to submit them for translation. We translate the content as it appears in the original.

Our liability for any claim related to the service is limited to the amount paid for the translation concerned. We are not liable for delays, rejections or costs arising from the receiving institution's requirements, incorrect information provided by the client, or causes beyond our control.

The use of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Panama. Any dispute will be submitted to the competent courts of Panama. Last updated: October 22, 2026.
